## 设置一个有竞争力的价格

给商品定价的时候，先看看同类目里其他卖家卖多少钱。价格太高，买家不会点；价格太低，利润又扛不住。

## 管理库存数量

库存要跟得上实际能发的货。库存填多了，买家下单你发不出，会影响商家声誉（Reputation Management）；填少了，又容易断货错过订单。
